Welcome to AstroGully. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AstroGully website (astrogully.com) and related services (collectively, "Service") operated as a sole proprietorship in India ("we", "us", or "our"), operating under the brand name "AstroGully".
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AstroGully provides AI-assisted Vedic astrology readings based on the Parashari tradition. Our system computes your birth chart (D1, D9, D10 divisional charts), Vimshottari Dasha timelines, and current transits, then uses large language models to generate interpretations grounded in classical Jyotish texts.
Service for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. AstroGully is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. Readings are generated using AI based on computed astrological positions and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional counsel. Do not make critical life decisions — medical, legal, financial, relational, or otherwise — solely based on our content.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use AstroGully, or use it under parental supervision if between 13-18. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
AstroGully operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credit packs (Starter, Popular, Power) through Razorpay, our payment gateway. Each action on the Service consumes a specified number of credits (chart cast: 1 credit, personality reading: 4 credits, chat questions: 10 credits, house deep-dives: 8 credits, remedies: 8 credits, "What this means for me": 2 credits).
Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Credit pack prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Credits do not expire. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely, subject to the continued operation of the Service.
Refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. Summary: credits consumed on AI analysis are non-refundable. Unconsumed credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase for a valid reason.
The accuracy of astrological analysis depends entirely on the accuracy of birth data you provide (date, time, and place of birth). Approximate or incorrect birth data will produce misleading results. We do not verify birth information and accept no liability for analysis based on inaccurate inputs.
Chart interpretations and remedies are generated by AI systems trained on classical astrological and general texts. While grounded in traditional Vedic astrology principles, AI-generated output may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies, or hallucinated claims. Use your own judgment and consult qualified Jyotishis for critical decisions.
We explicitly label all AI-generated analysis with "AI-assisted astro analysis" to maintain transparency.
Remedial suggestions (gemstones, mantras, donations, lifestyle advice) are based on classical Jyotish principles interpreted through AI. Before wearing any gemstone for the first time, you must consult a qualified human astrologer in person. Gemstone prescription requires assessment of planetary lordship, exaltation/debilitation cancellation, and physical suitability that should not be determined by AI alone.

The Service, including its design, source code, and chart computation engine, is our intellectual property. AI-generated readings for your chart are yours to use for personal purposes but may not be republished commercially without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroGully and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
